VPN With a True No-Log Policy
"No-log" is a term many VPN services throw around, but what does it actually mean? For FlexiVPN, it's simple: we don't record what you do online. We can't see your browsing history, and we don't store your IP address.
We cannot see what you do online. Our system is designed so that your activity is never logged, stored, or accessible to anyone — including us.
What We Don't Collect
Let's be specific about what "no-log" means at FlexiVPN:
We do NOT collect:
- Your IP address
- Websites you visit
- DNS queries
- Traffic content or data transferred
- Connection timestamps for tracking purposes
- Browsing history of any kind
How Our Architecture Enforces Privacy
Claims are easy. Architecture is what matters. Here's how FlexiVPN is built to protect your privacy:
- Isolated containers: Each VPN connection runs in its own isolated container that's destroyed when you disconnect
- No persistent storage: Traffic data isn't written to disk — there's nothing to log
- Minimal account data: We store only your username (hashed password) and balance — nothing that identifies your browsing
What We Do Store
For transparency, here's the minimal data we do keep:
- Account credentials: Username and hashed password for login
- Balance: Your prepaid credit in seconds
- Payment records: Transaction IDs and amounts (required by law)
- Server region: Which location you connected to (for billing, not tracking)
None of this data can be used to identify what you did while connected to our VPN.

We believe in complete transparency. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it's protected. No legal jargon — just clear answers.
