FlexiVPN is committed to protecting your privacy. We designed our service with privacy as a core principle, collecting only the minimum data necessary to provide our VPN service. This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Key Point: We do not collect your IP address, browsing history, or any traffic data. We cannot see what you do online.
2. Data We Collect
Account Data
- Username: A username you choose during registration
- Password: Stored as a salted hash (we cannot read your actual password)
- Account Balance: Your prepaid credit balance in seconds
Payment Data
- Invoice/Transaction ID: Reference number from the payment processor
- Amount and Currency: The payment amount and currency used
- Payment Status: Whether the payment succeeded or failed
- Timestamps: When the payment was initiated and completed
Note: Your payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Connection Data
- VPN Server Region: Which server location you connected to
- Connection Timestamp: When your VPN session started
- VPN Server IP: The IP address of our VPN server (not your IP address)
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
We explicitly do not collect:
- Your IP address
- Your email address or real name
- Browsing history or websites visited
- Traffic content or data transferred through the VPN
- DNS queries
- Connection activity logs
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data solely to:
- Authenticate your account when you log in
- Process payments and maintain your account balance
- Provision VPN containers for your connections
- Calculate usage time for billing purposes
5. Third Parties
We work with a payment processor to handle card transactions. The payment processor receives your card details directly during checkout. We only receive a transaction ID and payment status from them.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with advertisers or any other third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained until you request account deletion
- Payment Records: Retained as required by Ukrainian accounting and tax regulations
- Connection Data: Retained only for the duration needed to provide service
