Welcome to FlexiVPN. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. FlexiVPN is operated by FOP Polonskyi Mark, registered under the jurisdiction of Ukraine. These terms are governed by Ukrainian law.

2. Service Description

FlexiVPN provides a pay-as-you-go virtual private network service. Key features include:

• Your account balance is deducted only while actively connected to our VPN
• Your balance never expires and can be used at any time
• Each connection provisions a dedicated, isolated VPN container for your use

3. Account and Access

To use FlexiVPN:

• No email address or personal information is required to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Account sharing is permitted; however, the account holder is responsible for all activity on their account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlexiVPN for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Network abuse, including spam, phishing, or distribution of malware
• Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network attack
• Interference with or disruption of our service infrastructure
• Any activity that violates the rights of others

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

5. Payment Terms

• FlexiVPN operates on a prepaid balance model
• We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard
• Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time
• All payments are processed in US dollars (USD)

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

FlexiVPN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, FlexiVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of FlexiVPN after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
