1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a refund of your unused balance within 14 days of your purchase date. If you topped up your account and used some of your balance, you are entitled to a refund of the remaining unused portion.
Example: If you added $5 to your account and used $0.50 worth of VPN service, you can receive a $4.50 refund within the 14-day window.
To request a refund:

- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of your request
2. After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window has passed, your balance is non-refundable but never expires. You can use it for VPN service at any time in the future.
Refunds after 14 days are only available in the following cases:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment system error
- Technical Errors: If a payment was processed but the balance was not credited to your account
In these cases, please contact support with your transaction details, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
3. Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a legitimate charge with your bank) will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

4. Account Deletion
If you choose to delete your account, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or transferred.
